The Monte Amiata winter resort offers 10km of Alpine skiing slopes. Its 8 chair lifts and ski lifts can be accessed with the Skipass Amiata. There are also 10,5km of cross-country skiing slopes (5,5km of the ski tracks are constantly groomed).
Among the most important monuments of the city is the famous Piazza del Duomo, known as Piazza dei Miracoli.
